How to build user personas off our interviews
Centralizing the information we gathered and making a general customer profile
The companies usually already have user personas, but sometimes we might need to make them ourself as a product manager
User personas are fictional people that represent groups of similar users that behave in certain ways
User personas help increase empathy towards our users
User personas are profiles that include:
- name, age, photo/sketch
- what is most important to them about our product
- what they want to be able to do easily

You might be thinking what is User Persona — user persona is just aggregate of observed user behaviour.
User personas are representations of your target customers. Creating user personas involves researching and outlining your ideal customer’s goals, pain points, behaviour, and demographic information.
